A plastic crusher is a machine used for coarse crushing, generally used to process unprocessed raw materials or scraps to make them smaller in size. Compared with other crushers, the blade shaft has low speed, low noise, and low energy consumption. Moreover, plastic crusher is a widely used recycling equipment that can process waste materials such as wood, plastic, rubber, etc. By shearing and crushing different materials, it can be used in various industries. The main working part of a plastic crusher is the crushing box, which is driven by two sets of plastic crusher blades through rotating bearings. Consumers can choose plastic crusher blades based on the volume and hardness of the material they are processing, and of course, the specifications of the finished material are also determined by the blades.

 

There are two working principles for plastic crushers. The first is to use dual axis or single axis low-speed rotation, and use a cutter head to cut, cut, tear, and pull materials. The direct connection worm gear reduction motor is installed directly on the driving shaft of the plastic crusher, and is transmitted to the driven shaft through gear transmission, so that the moving blade of the driving shaft and the stationary cutter head on the housing form relative motion. The spiral toothed cutterheads on the active shaft are arranged in a staggered manner, causing the material to be squeezed, torn, and sheared simultaneously after entering, thereby crushing the material.

 

The second method is to use a high-speed rotating impeller to stir and break the long biaxial debris. Multiple circular steel plates are connected in series on the high-speed rotating main shaft, and the circular plate rotates together with the main shaft. The circular plate is surrounded by 4-6 small gears made of manganese steel. The small gear rotates freely on its own small shaft. The long and tangled biaxial shavings enter the machine from the top and are twisted by gears on the high-speed rotating steel plate, tearing them into small pieces. The size of the sieve holes at the bottom can be selected according to the required particle size for biaxial shavings.
