The new type of deceleration distribution transmission system for biodegradable plastic granulators features high torque design, high-precision gear processing, imported main bearings, reasonable oil immersion lubrication combined with forced lubrication devices for key parts, and interlocking protection devices to ensure reliable and smooth operation of the host. The feeding section of the granulator mainly receives materials supplied by the feeding system and then transports them to the compression section. The compression section compacts the material, melts and plasticizes it, and pushes it to the measuring section through threads. The material is further plasticized in the measuring section, and then under equal pressure and isothermal conditions, the screw pushes the uniformly plasticized molten material equally towards the machine head. The material is in the molten state of a regular screw.

The barrel and screw of the parallel twin-screw extruder are designed and manufactured using the building block principle. According to the requirements of the processing material system and process formula, the aspect ratio, barrel structure, screw arrangement, mesh changing structure, exhaust quantity and position, feeding method, electrical control method, etc. can all be optimized and reasonably configured. Realize multifunctionality and versatility to adapt to the processing of polymer materials.

The development of packaging materials and processing for biodegradable plastic granulators, as well as new packaging designs, all have a trend towards promoting "lightweighting", and foam plastics are more conducive to the lightweighting of plastic packaging. Nowadays, microwave ovens and microwave food have entered people's daily lives, and the heat resistance of food packaging containers formed by cross-linked foamed PP sheets is as high as 130 ℃ (while foamed PS is only 80 ℃), which can be used in microwave ovens. They are also resistant to boiling water, have good high-temperature stability, and have a comfortable and soft surface feel; Its hot formed plates, bowls, etc. have better low-temperature performance than PE and PS, so disposable packaging has obvious advantages.

Generally speaking, there are no environmentally friendly plastic bags, and only some plastic bags with added ingredients are prone to degradation. That is to say, biodegradable plastics. Adding a certain amount of additives (such as starch, modified starch or other cellulose, photosensitizers, biodegradable agents, etc.) in the production process of plastic packaging products can reduce the stability of the plastic packaging and make it easier to degrade in the natural environment. Experiments have shown that most biodegradable plastics begin to thin, lose weight, and decrease in strength after being exposed to a general environment for 3 months, gradually breaking into fragments.
