How To Complete The Debugging Of The Mixing Machine

After installing a piece of equipment, we will choose to debug. Debugging can let us know more exactly what the installed mixing machine will be in the working state, and see where we need to adjust more.

1. Before commissioning, fill the gear oil according to the requirements of the reducer, and fill the support sleeve of the mixer with clean water.

2. To test the insulation degree of the driving motor of the stirring device, the insulation resistance to ground cannot be lower than 5MΩ.

3. Connect the motor and the control system according to the requirements of the motor connection method. For the wiring of the control system, refer to the electrical control schematic diagram and instructions for use.

4. After the mixing machine is installed, it must be tested before it is officially used. Under the condition of normal idling, it is gradually loaded and operated. During the trial operation, the equipment should run smoothly without abnormal vibration.
