Check the approved clutches and brakes before using the mixing equipment. When the construction site needs to inspect and repair the mixing equipment, the hopper should be fixed first, and the power supply should be blocked. When entering the drum to handle obstacles, someone will monitor it outside. When a fault is found during operation, if the operation cannot be continued, the power supply should be blocked immediately, the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleaned, and then repaired.

The mixing equipment should be regularly repaired and maintained. After the equipment is crossed (clean, smooth, adjusted, tightened, and anti-corrosive), the hopper should be lowered to the hopper pit. If it needs to be raised, it should be fastened with a chain to block the power lock. Good electrical box, clean the grout in the surface of the machine.

The mixing equipment should be installed on a solid foundation with a supporting frame. Pay attention to adjusting the height of the feeding channel, the unloading channel and the use of the dump truck. It is forbidden to use tires and supporting frames for support. Qualified parties are allowed to use.

According to the stirring method, the stirring equipment is divided into two types: self-falling stirring and forced stirring. The mixing equipment must not be overloaded, and no one should pass or stay under the hopper when the hopper is raised. When the mixing equipment is in operation, it is forbidden to leave private work or operate it by undocumented personnel.
