1. Classification by processed materials
Plastic granulator
There are single screw granulator and twin screw granulator. Single screw granulator extrude plastic by rotating the screw; twin screw granulator has excellent feeding characteristics and melting capacity, and is widely used in industrial processing fields, such as filling, blending, modification, addition, chlorination, polypropylene, etc. of rubber and plastic and engineering resins. It plays an important role, and has the advantages of improving labor efficiency, strong applicability of screw equipment, and strong self-cleaning ability. It is widely used in medicine, agriculture, chemical industry, metallurgy, ceramics and other industries.

Fertilizer granulator
Double roller extrusion granulator: It is the key equipment for granulating ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate and compound fertilizer. It adopts non-drying normal temperature process, one-time molding, wide raw material adaptability, and is suitable for various raw materials such as fertilizers, medicines, chemicals, and feed.

Disc granulator: It is a molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes. The disc is lined with high-strength fiberglass, which has the characteristics of uniform granulation and long-lasting granulation effect.

2. Classification by working principle
Screw granulator: Use the rotation of the screw to push the material forward, compress and plasticize, etc., so as to process the material into particles. For example, the twin-screw granulator has excellent performance, and performs well in material plasticization and production efficiency. However, the screw and barrel are prone to damage after long-term operation, which affects the normal operation of the equipment.
Extrusion granulator: For example, the roller extrusion granulator forms the material into particles through the extrusion of the roller.
