The vacuum feeder consists of a vacuum pump (no oil, no water), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, polyethylene filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper and automatic Composition of material level control device. The whole system is designed reasonably and manufactured exquisitely.

The vacuum feeder is divided into gap discharge and continuous discharge. Clearance and unloading are conducive to reducing equipment investment costs and proper liquid level control. In most cases, it is recommended that users use gap discharge. Continuous unloading is generally used for long-distance, large-volume vacuum conveying of materials.

The vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuum generator to transport materials. It does not require a mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, small size, maintenance-free, low noise, convenient control, elimination of material static, and GMP requirements. It is tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry granulator, packaging machine, crusher, vibrating screening, etc. . The preferred equipment for mechanical automatic feeding.

When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a vacuum air flow, the material is sucked into the nozzle to form a material air flow, and the material air flow reaches the hopper of the feeder through the suction pipe. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the silo is full of materials, the controller automatically cuts off the air source, the vacuum generator stops working, the silo door automatically opens, and the materials fall into the equipment hopper. At the same time, the compressed air automatically cleans the filter through the pulse blowback valve. When the loading signal is sent from the material level sensor, the loader will start automatically.
