Selection guide for granulator

1. Use the twin screw machine to feed the material.

2. The gearbox is better, the gears inside must be heat treated, and the bearings are adjustable.

3. The gearbox, screw, barrel, nose and wear parts should be treated with strength, and the service life is guaranteed for more than 1 year.

4. The main components should be made of standard materials.

5. The reducer and motor should be purchased from professional manufacturers instead of those assembled by the granulator manufacturer.

6. There must be a power distribution cabinet.

7. The most critical part of the equipment is the quality of the screw and barrel.

8. The washing machine must have continuous production, no need to stop the machine to change the water, use the washing pool, otherwise the efficiency will be extremely low.

9. The heating should be segmented, and the segmented heating should be uniform and controllable.

10. There must be a matching waste plastic cleaning machine, which uses circulating water and does not need to discharge sewage.

11. Efficient power saving.

12. The length-to-diameter ratio of the machine cannot exceed 20 (16:1-20:1 is appropriate, that is, the screw length is 16-20 times the screw diameter).

13. The model should not be smaller than 100, the larger the output, the higher the output.

14. There must be double exhaust.

15. The heating power of the flange (die head) of the pelletizer is very important, and it should be designed at 2.5W per square centimeter (cross-sectional area).
