Maintenance and upkeep of industrial chillers

In normal operation, it is inevitable that the actual cooling effect may be affected by stains or other impurities. Therefore, in order to better increase the service life of the main equipment and achieve better refrigeration performance of the air conditioning system, regular maintenance and upkeep should be carried out to ensure the operation quality of industrial chillers and improve productivity.

Regularly replace lubricating grease for industrial chillers: After long-term use, the oil quality of the lubricating grease will decrease, and the impurities and water content inside the oil structure will increase. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check and inspect the oil quality. Once a problem is found, it should be immediately replaced, and the brand of oil to be replaced should preferably be based on the standard brought by the original manufacturer.

Regularly clean the condenser and condenser of industrial chillers: The condenser/evaporator is the second most critical component of industrial chillers, and it is best to clean it every six months. The cooling circulating water of the water cooler condenser is an open circulation system control circuit, and the tap water used is a closed cooling tower circulation system application. It is very easy to dissolve and accumulate impurities on the tap water pipe, causing dirt and endangering the actual heat exchange effect. Thick deposits will continue to reduce the cross-sectional area of the circulation of cooling circulating water, decrease the water flow rate, and increase the working pressure of the cooling system. Therefore, when the applied tap water body is weak, it is best to clean it at least once a year to remove the dirt inside the pipe, and it is best to carry out practical sewage treatment operations on tap water.

Regular inspection of industrial chiller compressors: Refrigeration compressors are the cardiovascular system of industrial chillers, and their quality can directly endanger the reliability of industrial chiller applications. If the refrigeration compressor encounters common faults and needs to be repaired, the cost is relatively high, especially for the high-precision and expensive screw compressors. Therefore, if you hear abnormal noises or other conditions from the refrigeration compressor, you must contact the industrial chiller factory to find professional technical personnel to inspect, find the root cause, and do a good job of maintenance and resolution.

Regular inspection of industrial chiller valves: The condenser and condenser of the industrial chiller are both high-pressure vessels. According to requirements, valves should be assembled on the ultra-high pressure end of the refrigeration unit, i.e. the condenser itself. Once the generator unit is in an abnormal office environment, the valves can automatically release pressure to prevent damage to the body caused by high pressure.
