How to maintain the chiller?

Although the chiller is not a direct production equipment, it has also played a great role in promoting the development of industry. Many industrial production modes need cooling equipment, and the chiller has played a good role. In the process of use, we should also pay attention to maintenance to effectively prolong its service life.

1. The parts and components of the chiller shall be checked frequently, including voltage, flow and compressor. The normal value is 308v and the current is between 11a-15a. If it is beyond or below this range, it shall be sensitive to whether there is a fault and shall be checked in time.

2. Leakage is a big problem, which will exist in most mechanical equipment, especially in water chillers after a period of time. China is in a temperate region with four distinct seasons. According to the temperature changes in different seasons, the pressure display of the chiller is also different. During normal operation, the general high-voltage display is 11-17kg and the low-voltage display is 3-5kg.

3. Check the heat dissipation system frequently, including cooling tower fan, nozzle, etc. in addition to heat dissipation, pay attention to the water replenishment in the chassis.

4. The chiller does not need to be cleaned every month during use. It is OK to clean the system once half a year after use. Once a year, the cleaning objects include cooling water tower, heat dissipation pipe and condenser components, which can ensure better refrigeration effect.

5. When not in use for a long time, the relevant circuit switches should be turned off.

Reasonable maintenance can effectively avoid the influence of dirt and other impurities on the refrigeration effect and prolong the service life of the chiller. Of course, although the length of service life is related to maintenance, it is mainly determined by the product quality, so it is also necessary to recognize the quality when purchasing.
