Refrigerant injection is too small, and the cold-drying opportunity will show these phenomena:
1. The evaporation pressure and condensation pressure are lower than normal operation, but the air dew point cannot be lowered, and the compressor casing becomes hot. If the refrigerant is overfilled, the dryer will appear:

3. The load of the refrigeration compressor is increased, and the starting is difficult;
4. The refrigerant is not fully vaporized in the evaporator, so that the wet vapor enters the compressor, and there is a danger of "liquid compression";
5. As the condensing pressure increases, the refrigeration capacity of the compressor decreases, and the dew point of the air rises.
Therefore, the filling of the refrigerant is not easy. Without an intuitive filling display, the filling will be more difficult. The core filling of the dryer is a special molecular sieve. The sieve body of the molecular sieve is designed to disperse convection, reasonably distribute the gas source, and eliminate dead spots , Effective use of all adsorbents, not only reduces the amount of adsorbent filling, but also maximizes the adsorption of molecular sieve.
