The birth of small pellet mills can improve production efficiency and product quality, and adapt to the requirements of the rapid development of the feed industry. It greatly improves production efficiency and product quality, reduces the work intensity of people, ensures the stability and safety of the pelletizing process, and provides high-performance key equipment for the construction of modern feed factories. The machine should be tested and inspected before operation. Only in this way can the small pellet mill be operated and used correctly.

1. It can reasonably adjust various parts of the equipment, especially adjust the gap between the die roller, the position of the cutter, the angle of the agitator blade and various transmission parts to ensure that the equipment works in a good state, and reasonably select the ring die. The gap between the ring die and the pressure roller should be kept at about 0.4mm. If the gap is too small, it may cause friction between the roller die and damage the entrance angle of the ring die hole. At the same time, the ring die and the pressure roller are too close, and the large amount of heat generated by friction can easily cause the heat-sensitive material to coke and block the die hole. If the gap is too large, the roller may slip too much, causing the die hole to be blocked. For different feed raw materials, a ring die with a suitable depth-to-diameter ratio should be selected, otherwise the die hole may be blocked, because for any given formula, there is a limit to the material layer that the roller can accept. If it exceeds this limit, the roller will slip and the pelletizer will be blocked. If the material layer is thick, the pelletizer die speed can be increased as much as possible, because the speed can help reduce the thickness of the feed accumulated in front of the roller and on the surface of the roller.

2. Strictly abide by the operation stacking, correctly open and close the machine according to the steps, and reasonably adjust the feed amount and steam intake during normal operation to ensure that the equipment works at the best load state (generally about 95% of the rated current).

3. Carefully carry out daily and regular maintenance and maintenance of the equipment.

4. Treatment after die hole blockage. During the production process, once the die hole is blocked, the polishing material of the new die can be used to grind it, and it can be manually put into the pelletizing chamber for repeated extrusion and grinding. When more than 90% of the die holes have been pelletized, normal production can be resumed. You can also use methods such as oil immersion and boiling oil. If it still doesn't work, you can use an electric drill to drill holes to dredge the die holes. Before each shift of production, you should add oily materials to the granulation chamber to squeeze them into the die holes to facilitate smooth granulation next time. Whenever the shutdown time is long, the ring die should be flushed with an oily mixture to protect the ring die.
