The Shouxi technology three-machine integrated dehumidification dryer is to fully dehumidify the air in a closed circulation system, and the dry air quickly precipitates the moisture in the plastic pellets to achieve the effect of dehumidification and drying.

Dehumidifying and drying part: The hot and humid air coming back from the drying bucket is cooled and blown into the honeycomb runner. The moisture in the air is adsorbed by the runner and then desorbed by the regenerative heating air. Both air streams act on the runner simultaneously. With the rotation of the runner, the moisture in the air is continuously adsorbed and desorbed by the regeneration air and discharged, forming a stable low dew point air, which is heated to the drying temperature of the plastic and blown into the drying bucket. Inside, a closed cycle is formed, and the raw materials are dried.
Feeding part: Feeding is sucked into the dry material barrel from the storage barrel or other storage bin container. When the magnetic reed switch of the vacuum hopper detects no material, the suction motor is operated to generate a vacuum in the vacuum hopper. The raw material in the storage bucket is sucked into the vacuum hopper due to the pressure difference of the air. When the suction time is completed, the suction motor stops running, and the raw material will fall into the dry bucket due to its own weight. The dried raw material will be removed from the dry bucket. Draw into the electric eye hopper installed in the plastic molding machine.
