1. Remove the original coal furnace or resistance heating ring, and use an iron brush to clean the debris on the barrel (Note: When removing the coal furnace, the useless metal debris 10cm away from the barrel circumference should also be removed, so as not to affect the transformation, and at the same time avoid heating it due to metal around it.)


2. Wrap the thermal insulation cotton on the barrel and tie it tightly with a high temperature bandage. Under the premise of tightening, the thickness of the insulation cotton must be kept at about 2cm-2.5cm (note: The high temperature line is a layer of insulating asbestos, it can withstand high temperature and insulation, but the protective layer absorbs water, so we must avoid water getting on the high temperature line in the process of use, so as not to cause leakage and other accidents.)


3. Wrap the relative length of electromagnetic wire on the wrapped barrel, and the winding electromagnetic wire should be as tight as possible.


4. Install the electromagnetic heating control cabinet. (You need to wait a certain amount of time after preheating to turn on. The previous resistance type heating method used heat transfer, so the heating time is very slow, and the heating speed rises sharply after using electromagnetic heaters, as a result, the material of the material pipe has reached the melting requirements, and the plastic in many parts of the machine has not melted yet, so be sure to check when starting up, screw cylinder, tee, the material inside the die has melted before it can be turned on.)
