The main precautions for using a plastic crusher are as follows:

Installation and fixation
Before using the plastic crusher, ensure that the equipment and power unit are securely installed. If the equipment requires long-term fixed operation, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; If it is a mobile operation, it should be installed on a machine base made of angle iron, and ensure that the belt pulley grooves of the power machine and plastic crusher are in the same rotation plane.

Equipment inspection and maintenance
Before operating the plastic crusher, check whether all fasteners are tightened and whether the belt tension is appropriate. Before starting, manually rotate the rotor to check whether the teeth, hammer blades, and rotor are flexible and reliable, whether there is any collision in the crushing chamber, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and whether the lubrication is good.

Safe operation
Do not replace the pulley at will to prevent explosions in the crushing chamber caused by high speed, or to prevent work efficiency from being affected by low speed. After starting, it should be idle for 2-3 minutes, and only after there are no abnormalities can it be put into operation. During work, it is necessary to evenly feed materials, avoid long-term overload work, and pay attention to equipment vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature, and spraying situation. Once abnormalities are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

Personal protective and safety measures
When operating a plastic crusher, protective equipment such as safety helmets, work clothes, protective gloves, and acid and alkali resistant glasses should be worn. Especially when cleaning the interior of the equipment, gloves and masks should be worn to prevent dust from causing harm to the respiratory system. It is strictly prohibited to put non plastic waste into equipment to avoid equipment failure or damage.

Regular maintenance and upkeep
Regularly clean the dust and residue inside the equipment to maintain its cleanliness and good working condition. Regularly inspect and replace vulnerable parts such as blades to ensure efficient operation of the equipment. Regularly lubricate the moving parts of the machine to ensure smooth operation.
