1. Barrel:
The design of the barrel adopts 45 # steel after fine processing and quenching treatment, which has high hardness and certain wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and a certain size slot hole is set at the feeding end to facilitate feeding.
2, heating system:
The heating system is composed of heating coils, which are separately distributed outside the barrel. The materials in the barrel are uniformly heated and plasticized. Through the instrument control on the electric cabinet, changes in the set temperature are automatically adjusted.
3, cooling fan:
In order to achieve stable temperature in the barrel, a cooling fan is added to the bottom of the barrel. Through automatic temperature control, it automatically cools when the temperature is too high, which increases the barrel temperature stability.
4. Machine head:
In order to keep the extruded plastic from extruding due to temperature drop and insufficient fluidity. A heating coil with a certain power is added outside the machine head to ensure the normal fullness of the discharge. And the discharge hole set on the machine head is a parallel 15-hole type, which increases the discharge volume and increases the production speed. The machine head is a structure-type parallel extruder, and the thread is connected with the barrel, which can save time and labor when replacing the screen.
5.Pelletizing system:
After being cooled by the cooling system, the sliver material enters the pelletizer and is rolled into pellets for convenient packaging. The pelletizer is provided with a rolling feed wheel, which is automatically driven by the motor to the material body, and the rolling blade inside the body is cut off.
1) Before starting up, first warm up for about 40 to 50 minutes, then pull continuously for 8 to 10 in the normal working direction, continue to warm up for about 10 minutes, and then start up, but continue to warm up because normal production needs to continue to add heat
2) Adjust different temperatures according to different plastics;
3) When the granulator is working normally, the temperature of the machine should be kept stable. Do not flicker, near the air vent, until the temperature of the machine head is about 200 ° C.
4) Put in the material, pay attention to the material to be uniform, and there must be no shortage of materials. The feeding speed and feeding speed must be properly matched, otherwise the quality and yield of the pellets will be affected;
5) The machine can be shut down after use. When the machine is shut down, the host must cut off the power, and the plug of the machine head must be removed and warmed up separately before the next use.
