1. When the temperature is very low, the industrial chiller still needs to add antifreeze to avoid the low temperature or freezing of circulating water caused by low temperature, which will affect the startup and refrigeration of the chiller. The full name of antifreeze is antifreeze coolant, which has the function of antifreeze, but has corrosivity and rust prevention. When adding, pay attention to adding it in proportion to water. Try to use the same brand and unified model, and do not mix it.
2. The working environment is basically a factory. There is a lot of dust and it is easy to accumulate dust. The dust net should be removed and cleaned regularly. Serious blockage of dust screen will cause failure of chiller.
3. Check that the air inlet and outlet channels of the chiller are unblocked. The air outlet on the top of the chiller shall be more than 50cm away from the obstacle, and the air inlet on the side shall be more than 30cm away from the obstacle.
4. Before startup, add an appropriate amount of circulating water into the water tank to the green area of the water level of the water tank. The red area indicates that the water level is too full and needs to be drained. The yellow area indicates that the water level is too low and needs to be added.
5. Check whether other parts of the chiller are loose. Whether the working voltage is stable and normal. Industrial chillers are sensitive to power supply voltage. If the voltage is not stable enough, a voltage regulator can be installed.
