How to maintain the chiller in winter?

When the chiller is put into use, it needs to be turned around 24 hours without interruption, and it is used frequently. Now in the winter low temperature season, How to maintain the chiller in winter?

Maintenance of chiller in use

1. Clean the outside of the chiller. There are too many impurities such as dust outside the equipment, so the equipment needs to be shut down for cleaning, and the chiller can be cooled by cleaning components to achieve efficient operation next year.

2. Inspection for electric control system of chiller. Periodically record and maintain the electric control system of the chiller to prevent the line from deformation, corrosion or even breaking due to long-term operation in harsh environment.

3. Clean the scale of the internal pipe (water tank) of the chiller. Through regular inspection of water tank coil and internal pipeline scale, it can prevent high and low pressure abnormity of chiller, temperature control abnormity, and damage the service life.

4. Check the mechanical wear of the chiller. What we need to do is to reduce serious wear and tear and minimize potential safety hazards.
