The operation of the split industrial chiller is different from ordinary refrigeration equipment. It has a separate refrigeration unit, and the foundation is not easy to be harmed by the external average temperature. It can exceed the goals of high accuracy and high efficiency in operating the temperature. However, it is well known that although the performance indicators of industrial chiller are already very high, it is unexpected that some common fault problems will occur at the time of application.
Industrial chiller has a pressure alarm condition:
1, Because the cooler stops or the water flow is not enough, or the leakage temperature is too high, it may cause the working pressure of the exhaust pipe of the refrigeration compressor to be too high, and a pressure alarm will appear
2. The heat pipe of the cooler has poor heat dissipation, non-condensable gas in the system software, and a part of the cooling pipe is blocked. Frequently, the cold working pressure will be too high, and a squall pressure alarm will appear.
When industrial chiller is usually used, the industrial chiller's heat pipe dissipates heat and takes the heat flow away with the help of water resources. If there is suddenly no water flow at high speeds, then a lot of heat cannot be evaporated immediately. The rate of temperature rise is very fast. When the temperature exceeds the high temperature zero boundary point, the industrial cold water machine will maintain itself according to the shutdown method. Therefore, if the common failure of water shut down occurs, the industrial chiller will generally stop operating at about 15 minutes of operation, exceeding the purpose of maintaining key components of the industrial chiller.
