Screenless Plastic Granulators of RG-27R Series are ideally suited for metered robot or conveyor feed beside small injection molding machines.

This quiet, energy efficient granulator features a screenless cutter housing and ultra-low rotor speed to reduce sprues and runners to consistently sized granules, virtually free of fines and longs.

This kind of slow speed granulator is designed to break various shorts,reuse and semi-finished products made of plastic and rubber materials such as PC, PBT, nylon, and POM.

The machine(Screenless Design Crushing Machine) is characterized with compact structure,attractive appearance, convenient operation, optimized rotation knife to achieve lowest energy consumption and higher cutting efficiency.

No Mesh-screen Design Granulators Features:

1) Very low-speed rotation, high torque, with stronger breaking capability

2) Driven directly by speed reducer motor, high transmission efficiency so as to save power.

3) Multi-tooth rotor cleanly reduces sprues and runners to consistent sized particles. Rotors with DC53 teeth and cutting wheels can be re-sharpened.

4) Blower automatic conveying together with instant reclaiming system so as to reduce man power and contamination on raw material. 

High pressure air conveyor is optional to use.

5) Overload protection on motor and other safety protection devices.

6) Transparent window design on cutting chamber so as to know material condition anytime as our selection purchase

7) The small footprint accommodates tight spaces and the wide-mouth, flared in-feed hopper easily handles a range of robot or conveyor drops and sprue/runner sizes.
