Medium Speed Granulator - Plastic Recycle Machine Product Description

A middle-speed machine attachment granulator (also referred to as a medium-speed or beside-the-press granulator) is a specialized plastic recycling system. It mounts directly to or sits immediately beside injection molding machines. Its primary function is the instant, automated recycling of plastic sprues, runners, and rejects generated during the molding process.

Blade Configurations:Typically built with durable SKD11 steel paddle blades . These maximize the cutting angle to prevent material stickiness.

Screen Integration:Equipped with standard 6 mm to 8 mm calibrated screen meshes. These screen sizes ensure uniform particle size across soft and rigid engineering plastics.

 

Safety & Workshop Design:Features built-in soundproofing material to keep operation between 80 and 85 dB. Integrated hopper baffles stop materials from flying backward out of the machine.
