Low Speed Granulation Product Description

The low speed Granulators of the RG-18AY series have been developed as a beside the press solution for moulding applications. The unique cutting knife design of the RG-18AY series allows sharpening of the rotor knives without the use of specialised equipment, then precise installation in the machine without adjustment.

This kind of Low Speed Griners RG-18AY euip with blower system design,cyclone with special design according to customer requirement

This device(blower system) utilizes loading blower to convey regrind into the cyclone dust collector to separate the regrind from the air and then the regrind will fall into storage hopper or cloth bag.Pls be noted,this kind of  design without dust dedusting function,just with automatic conveying function ,convey regrind material into storage box or cloth bag automatcially.
