As the core component of the industrial water chiller, the compressor plays a very important role. However, in the process of operation, there are not a few phenomena of vibration and noise generated by the compressor. What causes the vibration and noise of the compressor in the industrial water chiller? Let's help you understand the problems and solutions.

1. Check pipe connections

If the pipes of the chiller are poorly connected and fixed, or the pipes are not installed as required, the chiller will have excessive vibration and noise during operation. Therefore, we must fix them properly or install the pipes and equipment as required. If there are special needs, please install the shock absorber.

2. Damaged components

If the internal parts are damaged, first shut down the chiller, check the damaged parts, and replace the damaged parts in time. If the damage is serious, please contact the chiller manufacturer, and ask professionals to check and replace them in time.

3. Loose screws

When the water-cooled chiller runs for a long time, the anchor screws may become loose, which will cause vibration and loud noise. We just need to firm the loose screws or replace them with new anchor screws.

4. Exhaust valve damaged

When the exhaust valve is damaged, the chiller is bound to be affected. We should check the damage of the exhaust valve and replace it in time.

5. Compressor oil shortage and overload

Oil shortage or overload of the compressor will affect the chiller. Check the oil shortage or overload in time, replenish the oil according to the same brand and model, and check the overload of the compressor for treatment.

6. Refrigerant enters compressor

Check whether the expansion valve is opened too large. If it is too large, please reduce the opening in time, and then check whether there is too much refrigerant entering the compressor. If it is beyond the specified range, timely remove the excess refrigerant and clean the refrigerant entering the compressor.
